Reports To:

Director of Business Solutions

Location

Acworth, GA (onsite)

Essential Accountabilities:

· Assisting in sourcing and pricing large contract bids for services

· Researching industry and competitor data

· Analyze historical financial data, cost structures and industry trends to provide informed recommendations for pricing decisions.

· Build and maintain pricing models for expanding lines of business.

· Generates packaging solutions price quotes

· Drive cost avoidance and cost savings where applicable

· Work with finance, IT, operations & executive teams to improve reporting internally and externally

· Designing and maintaining pricing databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.

· Coordinates with and prepares reports for Director of Business Solutions and upper management as needed.

· Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

· Extract data from multiple sources

· Sift and analyze data from multiple angles, looking for trends that highlight problems or opportunities

· Communicate important information and insights to upper management

· Make recommendations to adapt existing business strategies

· Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance and/or Business Management.

  • 0-2 years of experience

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong knowledge of technology and how to leverage within the business.

  • Significant financial modeling experience relevant to reporting, analysis and cost controls.

  • Disciplined approach in developing and implementing standardized processes and procedures to drive results.

  • A strong professional can-do attitude.

  • Solid problem-solving skills.

  • Travel requirements: up to 25%
