ManTech Director, IC Accounts - FM Practice in Alexandria, Virginia

ManTech’s Digital Transformation Division (DTD) is looking for a motivated and experienced consultant to serve as the Intelligence Community Accounts Director for the Financial Management (FM) Practice.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute business plans and innovative strategies to cross-sell FM solution offerings to IC customers in alignment with Practice, Division, IC Sector and Corporate strategy to achieve business and financial objectives

  • Manage overall performance of FM programs in the IC portfolio (cost, schedule, delivery, people, and client relations)

  • Will manage to metrics such as Revenue, Return on Sales (ROS), Pipeline Sufficiency, and Total Contract Value (TCV) bookings

  • Drives Growth of IC account by building and prosecuting pipeline of Net New work

  • Creates demand for offerings with IC stakeholders for hands on identification, qualification, capture, proposal development and closing of opportunities

  • Supports BD with coordinating with Tech Director to create or refine solution demos

  • Will lead the development of ROMs and Proposal content for B&P efforts

  • Actively manage IC client relations in conjunction with Division/Sector Business Development (BD) and Practice Director.

  • Supports other Growth objectives when directed by the Practice Director

  • Delivers outcomes on active projects, with support from Customer Experience (CX) and Project Management Organization (PMO)

  • Responsible for customer satisfaction, partner satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and the delivery of outcomes and ROI on every project

  • Drives Thought Leadership for FM solutions in the IC sector with support from Tech Directors (Practice, Division, Sector and Enterprise)

  • Empowers People and Culture, including talent recruitment, talent management, and employee experience for practitioners on FM programs in the IC sector

  • Defines and executes clearance strategies for Career Paths critical to FM solution delivery in the IC Sector in collaboration with BD, Resource Management, and Security

  • Fosters relationships and coordinates across Practices, Divisions, Sectors and the ManTech Enterprise to support a spirit of collaboration, collegiality, and all-hands-on-deck support for collective business objectives as necessary

  • Visible/vocal company leader in corporate meetings and events, and strong contributor to company culture and continuous reinvention

  • Example for others in personally exhibiting leadership behaviors daily. Runs account in accordance with these behaviors, holding others accountable to our standard

  • Maintains impeccable business integrity throughout all functions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline coupled with 8+ years software and/or finance experience

  • Program management experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated understanding of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) development, Acquisition Program Management to a Level I/II/III/ACAT program of record

  • Federal Financial Accounting and Financial Management concepts, requirements, standards, and policies from U.S Treasury, FASAB, OMB and OUSD Comptroller, or related experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Microsoft Projects

  • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously with advanced organizational and leadership skills

  • Requires strong communication and team building skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience with Federal departments, agencies, and organizations

  • Information systems project management experience

  • Proposal or white paper writing experience

  • Experience in identifying strategic business opportunities with clients, partners, and current projects

Security Qualifications:

  • Active TS SCI

The projected compensation range for this position is $154,900-$257,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
