Description:
This position has overall accountability for driving the creation and use of customer data, internal data, external insights, analytics, performance reporting and competitive intelligence with a broad range of stakeholders to shape Amneal's US Biosimilar and Branded Oncology strategy, field execution, short and mid-term financial planning, and overall optimization of current and future portfolio opportunities. This individual will lead the cross-functional data, analytics and insights strategy to ensure that insights are timely, accurate and drive strategic decisions for the business. They will also ensure strategic insights are well communicated and leveraged to drive performance optimization - recommending strategic and tactical actions based on insights, and proactively driving application of learnings to all relevant future looking business decisions. Additionally, through leadership of the Biosimilar and Branded Oncology forecasting, they are accountable to ensure the development of the business's short and medium and long-term projections. They are a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a strategic team member of the portfolio leadership team teams. They will be responsible for the management, deployment, leadership and development of the Data, Analytics and Strategic Insights team which includes at least 3 direct reports.Responsibilities Include: Build, lead, and empower the Data, Analytics & Insights team of three direct reports and ensure that the team delivers on its insights and thought partnership responsibilities to key business partners Bring strategic thinking, rigor and structure informed by deep biosimilar and branded oncology markets expertise (ideally bringing experience from previous external Oncology launches) to develop and deliver strategic insights that drives strategic decision-making for the business Accountable for the initiatives, priorities and contributions of the team leading and guiding team members to analyze, integrate, and interpret results from various insights sources and prepare meaningful, timely reports and presentations for the leadership team and other senior management, and ensure information is communicated clearly and effectively to all key stakeholders Drive team collaboration cross-functionally to deliver on all data, analytics and strategic insights activities including performance reports, forecasting, KPI development and other key activities. Essential Functions:
Responsible for all insights development to build new data driven strategies to support our customers
Responsible for all deal analytics and evaluation including ASP impact, P&L impact and supply impact
Responsible for modelling and valuing sales and cash flows for new BD opportunities and upcoming launches
Responsible for all forecasting activities related to demand planning, supply planning and topline revenue for FP&A
Responsible for overall business analytics and dashboard creation to meet corporate marketing, strategy and sales objectives
Education:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Relevant Field (Marketing or Business) - Required

Experience:
15 years or more in Pharmaceutical Sales & MarketingBiosimilar Marketing OR analytics experienceBusiness development and product valuation experience
in P&L management experience
Skills:
Computer literate with MS Office products including Powerpoint, Word, Excel - Advanced
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment - Advanced
Able to work well under pressure and in appreciation of pre-defined and often aggressive timelines - Advanced
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills a must - Advanced
