WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned key accounts

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within assigned accounts

  • Drive revenue growth and increase profitability with identified key accounts by evaluating gross margin data and implementing a strategy that meets the established sales goals

  • Lead a cross functional team to align appropriate subject matter experts assigned to key accounts and ensure deadlines are met and work is progressing as scheduled

  • Proactively manage key dates of the customer such as contract renewal dates, quarterly business reviews and other customer milestone events

  • Proactively present customers with innovative ideas which elevate their business and seek to achieve the customer business objectives, at the same time, helping the company reach their strategic objectives

  • Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal teams

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer, its business, challenges, key decision makers, strategic goals, and the market in general.

  • Work with and coordinate internal teams to develop solutions that create customer value by analyzing customer needs, requests, and business issues

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key accounts needs, concerns, requirements, and operations to guarantee that they are achieving desired outcomes

  • Analyze volume, sales, and product categories to identify potential opportunities

  • Strategically prepare for all sales calls and trade shows using multidimensional program selling or analysis, creativity, technical, and scientific product knowledge for established key accounts

  • Proactively anticipate issues and partner internally to work toward resolution

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively

    HERE’S WHAT YOU BRING

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain technical, financial, etc. issues

  • Experience managing and executing multiple tasks, projects and priorities

  • Experience streamlining processes, integrating, and associating pieces of information gathered from multiple sources to apply to projects

  • Experience establishing project plans, regularly monitoring and tracking progress on work projects, and communicating with project partners

  • Ability to collaborate with team members

  • Ability to maintain composure when faced with stressful situations

  • Ability to exhibit creativity and flexibility in solving customer problems

  • Demonstrated experience effectively presenting to an audience

  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate

  • Experience utilizing business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience working with CRM, Power BI or equivalent, preferred
