Insight Global Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager in Grand Prairie, Texas

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager to work for a client in Dallas, TX who is a leading leather supplier for the aviation interiors industry. Additionally they offer a host of value added processes such as: decorative quilting, stitching, embroidery, printing, embossing, laser etching, perforating, cut to pattern, etc. The candidate must be a enthusiastic individual within the industry to help our efforts in customer service, sales and account management - all three of which are closely interwoven within the small aviation industry they cater to.

Duties include:

Strengthen customer relationships by maintaining personalized, close, and consistent communication to manage current and upcoming projects.

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, and emails courteously and professionally.

Process sales orders, quotations, and sample requests using Microsoft Dynamics AX, MS Office365, and Salesforce CRM.

Follow-up with customers with regards to pending sales orders, quotations, or sample orders.

Communicate with customers to answer any raised questions or inquiries.

Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner (with the help of internal team).

Maintain an updated and accurate customer database.

Communicate with internal departments to guarantee project deadlines are met.

Guide and educate customers with our leather collections and the different variety of colors.

Proactive mindset when dealing with customer orders, quotations, and inquiries.

Filing all documents as per the company system.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 + years of experience as a Account Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Customer Success Manager, or similar function role

ERP systems knowledge

Interest or experience working in the Aviation industry

Attention to detail, organization, and execution intangible skillset Aviation industry experience null
