Description

We are looking for a diligent part-time Bookkeeper to carry out bookkeeping duties within our team located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role is a contract position that will involve reconciling transactions, data entry, and managing monthly numbers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices in the industry and be proficient in using tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile transactions in QuickBooks and TurboLease

• Analyze monthly numbers and identify any discrepancies

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, QuickBooks to ensure accurate and efficient work

• Efficiently manage 32-40 hours of work per month, with flexible scheduling

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in account reconciliation is required

• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is necessary
