What part will you play?

• IT Service Desk is the single point of contact for our internal users and supports user for incidents, problems, or services requests.

• Support users in following topics

o Windows 10 Client (Users) Support (HW - SW Support, Active Directory basic)

o Network services (TCP/IP, DHCP, Radius, Switch basic)

o Access Management

o Employee onboarding etc.

o Asset Management

o IT HW services Management

o Ticket Management

• Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards, and guidelines

What you need to make real what matters.

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Information Technologies, Computer Engineering Mathematics or Mechatronics Engineering program.

• Advanced level of written and spoken English.

• Hard-working team player, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
