ROLE PURPOSE

Technician responsible for performing hardware repair, maintenance or diagnostic activities under supervision and following existing methodology mainly related to bank automation equipment module repairs. Maintains and supports a number of product lines / equipment / modules on site. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Repair and test equipment/modules independently

  • Maintain and repair modules and spares and make changes on equipment / products

  • Know to whom and when to escalate internally

  • Track repetitive problems and escalate if required

  • Register Call information into the Service System

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Professional School / Electronics / Computers

  • Previous experience in servicing bank automation equipment would be an advantage

  • Previous experience in repairing Teller Cash Recycler modules would be an advantage

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Software: MS Office, Operating Systems, Diagnostic tools

  • Working knowledge of selected products and processes

  • Good analytical skills with a systematic approach to problems

  • Focus on customer needs (either internal or external)

  • Focus on results (targets, time and quality)

  • Self-confident and able to work under stress

  • Able to prioritise affectively by changing the work order if necessary

  • Works according to planning, procedures and regulations

  • Works in a systematic and orderly manner

  • Demonstrates an eye for detail, being careful and accurate

  • Fluent written and spoken Turkish

    DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Fluent English

  • PCB repair skills

  • Banknote counter, Printer, Photocopier repair experience
