Position Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Inside AccountManagerfor our Enterprise Accounts in the regionNorth (location: Essen).The InsideAccount Manager will work collaboratively with the Key Account Manager andHybrid Account Manager within one Teamto manage all presales activities for a given set of Enterprise accounts. This position proactively works with the decision makers at our clients and internal stakeholders to provide support of sales opportunities and ensures the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architected to solve our client’s business problems.

This job role includes:

  • Provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone and email

  • Work closely with Key Account and Hybrid Account Manager in the ongoing development of opportunities and management of existing accounts.

  • Assist Key Account Manager and Hybrid Account Manager with customer requests and ongoing communication touchpoints that drive Customer Experience (CX)

  • Act as the PC specialist by working directly with the customer for configurations to ensure meeting needs of customer along with updates on status

  • Driver of pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecast and opportunity management for customer tracking and identifying, confirming ongoing sales needs 

  • Leverages technical sales team for complex configurations

  • Works collaboratively with Account Managers for development of value proposition and solution roadmap

Position Requirements

  • Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills

  • Previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry is highly preferred; proven successful sales experience and contracts knowledge

  • High proficiency in executive level written and verbal communication skills

  • 3-5+ years of experience aiding in solution-based sales
