Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst/ eCommerce Fulfillment, Last Mile Operations

Job Location: 20227 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85027 (Maricopa County)

Job Duties: Identify opportunities to improve operational performance of Companys Last Mile Delivery operations. Envision operational improvements, strategy & next steps for carrier, location, & network level performance & partner across the organization (Demand Planning, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Retail Operations) to drive opportunities to reality. Build mathematical modeling, perform deep-dive data analysis, develop ETLsusing Python & deliver reports & dashboards to support last mile operations. Utilize & apply analytical skills to complex quantitative problems, present actionable insights to key stakeholders, & support the ongoing drive for operational excellence. Build data visualizations & dashboards to track KPIs & empower self-service. Perform quantitative & qualitative analyses to support strategic projects & initiatives while providing analytical support to ad-hoc cross-functional projects. Analyze & provide insight on Geospacial demand, distance per delivery, & carrier optimization models to support improved delivery performance & service cost optimization. Acquire an understanding of Companys business & proactively provide analytical solutions to business issues & needs. Research & recommend solutions to increasingly complex business problems & streamline or automate existing manual processes. Manage cross-functional stakeholder needs.

Develop & maintain scalable, automated dashboards & other reporting that benchmark & track progress against key operational performance goals & initiatives. Develop, maintain, & manage data pipeline & other data assets in enterprise data warehouse system to ensure reliability, security, & integrity of last mile data sources. Develop/manage last mile financial reporting, including performance & financial audits of 3rd party partners. Work with management and internal stakeholders to define business requirements & analytical needs & execute against them. Develop a deep understanding of last mile performance & develop new KPIs, metrics, & tools to measure & optimize performance. Own regular & ad-hoc analysis on operational performance & projects to continuously improve & scale the companys eCommerce operations. Understand & communicate root causes of impacts to performance & attainment of business objectives. Develop actionable insights & areas of opportunity for eCommerce operational performance, make recommendations to operating teams, & present findings to business stakeholders.Conduct data mining, regression analysis & other quantitative analysis using industry standard statistical & business analytics techniques. Perform data modeling using/modifying existing models. Partner across departments or business groups to obtain information, align priorities, & obtain buy-in from stakeholders & functional owners. Flag opportunities & challenges using data in the current processes & metrics to ensure proactive response & help business course correct or seize opportunities. Develop exception reporting & feedback loop for various segments to learn & shape operating models. Formulate mathematical or simulation models of problems, relating constants & variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, & their numerical parameters.Collaborate with senior managers & decision makers to identify & solve a variety of problems & to clarify management objectives.Present the results of mathematical modeling & data analysis to management or other end users.Prepare management reports defining & evaluating problems & recommending solutions. Observe the cur ent system in operation & gather & analyze information about each of the parts of component problems, using a variety of sources. Develop business methods & procedures, including accounting systems, file systems, office systems, logistics systems, & production schedules.

Requirements/Special Skills: Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field and four (4) years of pre or post degree experience in eCommerce, operations, fulfillment, finance, or analytics.
