SAPs Global Finance Shared Services organization (GFSS) is a business unit with 1,700 employees delivering end-to-end finance operations from a set of vibrant and multicultural locations around the globe: Buenos Aires, Dublin, Manila and Prague.

Procure-to-Pay Center of Expertise is a global team of Experts and Specialists covering all P2P processes and tools. This is a junior position to enter the team, therefore advanced process knowledge is not required.

What you'll do

  • Review correctness of manual postings of incoming supplier invoices to ensure compliance (4 eyes principle compliance check)

  • Daily communication on operational topics with teams based in Prague, Buenos Aires and Manila

  • Processing internal and external queries received in shared mailbox

  • Process documentation maintenance

What you bring

  • Advanced written and spoken English

  • Ability to work in international teams and environment

  • Good communication skills

  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Business or accounting education is an advantage

  • Proactive, problem-solving approach and strong ownership attitude
