What the day will look like

Responsible for driving Reinsurance Solutions strategic growth objectives across the region for the Credit and Surety segment, the Credit and Surety Leader APAC will:

  • Work with senior leaders, account executives, functional teams and global practice groups to develop differentiated content and capability for client teams to sell

  • Increase sales intensity, strengthen our growth culture and ensure we are taking a proactive approach to driving growth

  • Develop actionable insights in their line of business through relevant analytics and benchmarking

  • Lead reinsurer engagement and development for given product/ segment

  • Share insights with the regional, country and client leadership teams to help identify regional trends and inform investment decisions

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Relevant experience in Credit & Surety reinsurance

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver new clients by following a well-planned and structured sales process

  • Good relationship development skills, in dealings with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Effective problem solving, communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Independent, analytical, conceptually minded and pro-active
