Google Program Manager, Talent Outreach in São Paulo, Brazil

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, within a talent outreach, talent acquisition or campus recruiting domain.

  • Experience in event management, public speaking, human resource management, student outreach, or recruiting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholders within technical and non-technical domains.

  • Experience analyzing data and creating data driven strategies.

  • Ability to self-direct and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will build long-term partnerships with students and universities, as well as industry bodies representing experienced talent. You will build and manage relationships with business and people operations leaders in Google’s product and business areas with the goal of building a representative long-term talent pipeline and fueling future-talent initiatives for the assigned portfolio. You will be a trusted advisor to the internal partners and talent outreach, using data-driven insights to identify and drive expanded impact opportunities. You will develop and execute various outreach and communication strategies and develop a pipeline of industry and leadership talent for short-term hiring needs and long-term pipeline development. You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing high-quality client services.

  • Develop and execute campus and industry, including executive talent outreach strategies and build pipelines for industry and leadership roles.

  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with internal and external partner organizations.

  • Develop internal and external communication strategies and tools to increase awareness and attract talent for industry opportunities. Develop recommendations for improvement and drive new initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the staffing teams to ensure that the outreach strategies help meet our hiring goals and improve our representation.

  • Track, analyze, and report on metrics and effectiveness of our engagement. Analyze new trends and share best practices.
