Eaton Corporation Project manager in Tallinn, Estonia

What you’ll do:

Key Accountabilities

  • Your overall responsibility is to lead small and large projects for public and commercial customers and secure a well-functioning relationship with both internal and external suppliers and partners.

  • You will deliver projects at the agreed price and time by ensuring that orders are entered into SAP, following-up on milestones agreed with the customer, project follow-up towards the sales department and subcontractors, make sure purchases from subcontractors are delivered as expected in the right quantity, quality and on time. You will also prepare documentation according to project deliverables and support the customer in receiving the needed answer on technical questions. When needed you will report to your superiors on the status and figures of specific projects. You will participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) together with the customer in Eaton's factories abroad when applicable.

  • You are expected to familiarize yourself with, and follow, the processes that are relevant to your daily work and advise of any opportunities for improvements, that you might see.

  • You should foster an environment which promotes Eaton’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement, and builds customer relationships.

• IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office

Desirable:

• Experience with SAP and C360

• Experience within the Electrical Sector

• Business qualification – Degree or equivalent
