The Global Product Manager Resins & Technologies for Cytiva is responsible for:

• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products by developing selling

propositions, pricing tactics, customer support, business plans, and sales support• Develop and deliver frequent product trainings for sales representatives with key messaging,

liaised with internal and external stakeholders and key accounts, conduct customer visits,

and deliver external presentations• Develop multi-year product roadmap and plan for future positioning, growth, and evolution

of product including price, margin, and discontinuations• Collaborate with regional marketing and use market research to ensure voice of customer and

market is incorporated into global portfolio strategy and identifying industry trends and

customer requirements

This position is part of the BioProcess Product Management Organization within Cytiva located in Uppsala, Sweden and will be a hybrid position with a minimum of three days on site per week. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Manage a chromatography resin portfolio focused on purification of bio-molecules.

• Mainly focused on small scale purification addressing, Process Development and Lab scale purification

• Drive and define the next generation products in close collaboration with R&D

• Responsible for pricing, marketing and customers related activities

Who you are:

• Preferably a B.Sc. or higher in a Science or Business area of biologic molecules.

• Previous experience with Product Management

• Generalist within downstream purification with ability to work with key stakeholders.

• Ability to travel world-wide app. 10% of the time.

• Fluent in English (writing as well as verbal communication).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Commercial and Marketing experience

• Experience working in global environment

• Presentation skills and working collaboratively within teams would be considered an asset.

• Flexibility, ability and willingness to adapt to new situations on short notice at times.

• Ability to interact with both experts and generalists in the; Scientific, Marketing, Manufacturing and Commercial space.
