Citigroup Custody Client Onboarding Intermediate Analyst in Warsaw, Poland
The Custody Client Onboarding Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with Clients independently and has some latitude to solve complex queries. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Possess communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex and sensitive information. Provides quality and timeliness of service what influence on effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
On your typical day you will be mostly:
Responsible for close relationship with Citi stakeholders and corporate clients across entire account opening and/or maintenance process (interacting with customers, managing documentation, resolving customer issues)
Taking part in projects in account services area (all scenarios of account opening and maintenance processing) and ensuring they are fully compliant with internal processes, regulations, policies
Follows internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in in Custody area or account opening & maintenance process (preferable but not a must)
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
You are advanced in English – C1 - written and spoken
You are a people person, open to delivering superior customer service and cooperate with different stakeholders within Citi
You are motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
