Our Next Gen Sales Program was created to develop the next generation of Dell Technologies sales leaders of the future. Through a comprehensive 2 year training and enablement program, we are focused on developing early career talent along an accelerated career path.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers, you will also develop relationships with new clients.

The opportunity is here to work in a thriving, diverse talent and international, customer focused organization, gaining valuable sales experience progressing your career how and as you wish.

You will:

• Perform outbound sales activities such as outbound calling, following-up on requests, sales qualifications

• Provide product information to new and/or existing B2B customers and create sales pipeline

• Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives or to Account Managers in the NGSA team.

• Attend regular trainings about the Dell Products & Services Portfolio and learn how to do whiteboards and to structure a Sales conversation

• Engage in custom campaigns in assigned Territory

Essential Requirements:

• A 3 year higher education degree (graduation year 2022-2024)

• Passion for sales and technology

• A strong work ethic, drive and enthusiasm

• Research skills, curiosity about business components, attention to detail

• Dutch language skills at least on professional level , Fluent English is a must
