Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products. Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation. Guide and monitor responses from other global support analysts to ensure ticket quality and improve customer experience. Resolve and troubleshoot complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge that have been escalated from Tier I. Create, maintain, and distribute written documentation manuals for users and suppliers. Design and build standard and custom reports that provide insight into key data points use by managers and stakeholders.
