Job Purpose: Continental Siding Supply is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to fill this position. The person will be marketing at trade shows, giving customers tours of our showroom, and answering general product questions. A portion of your job will also be engaging customers to make sure they are totally satisfied with their experience & listening to any feedback they may have. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work Trade Shows
  • Near Neighborhood Marketing (Canvassing)
  • Enter appointment information in our customer database
  • Travel to customer homes within surrounding areas
  • Participate in store-front marketing

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • Data entry: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Data Entry & computer skills
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy
  • Should be flexible and possess cultural awareness
  • Position gets direction from several departments, but reports to one person

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a VALID Drivers License & reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Facebook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Sales or lead generation experience is a big plus!!
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
