Job Summary:

This Senior System Engineer is part of the Brink’s Global Systems Engineering team, responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership through the implementation and maintenance of core business systems critical to support organizational operations. Scope includes but not limited to Messaging and Collaboration, Active Directory, Identity Management, System Monitoring, Automation / Deployment and Security. In addition, the development of various structures and processes that are engineered for integrity, efficiency, scalability and integration.

  • Administration of geographically dispersed / multi-forest Active Directory domains, supporting at a minimum 20,000 users.

  • Hands on experience of Active Directory domain consolidation efforts, both architectural design and driving the technical implementation.

  • Subject Matter Expert of Azure Active Directory, with a key focus on Identity Access Management, Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle Management.

  • Experience with Azure Active Directory SSO and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and WS-Fed to support B2E and B2C applications.

  • Administration of Active Directory Certificate Services.

  • Windows server administration, support and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with automation tools to streamline work efforts.

  • Level 3 Support of a hybrid Office 365 Environment supporting a global user base. Experience with Windows Defender an advantage.

  • Demonstratable experience of adhering to and reporting on SOX \ audit controls in an enterprise environment.

  • Experience of mergers and acquisitions from a technical perspective, leading high-profile efforts to consolidate systems and services with minimal business impact.

  • Project Delivery - increase infrastructure delivery maturity by execution of IT projects in a consistent way with regular communication, time management and technical expertise to ensure successful execution of corporate infrastructure enhancements and to validate that these are aligned with the department's project management framework.

  • Serve as a technical liaison as required for new and ongoing project requirements.

  • Understand business goals and drivers and translate those into appropriate technical solutions.

  • Create and maintain system documentation for domain and collaboration technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.

  • Lead proof of concept initiatives and the implementation of supporting infrastructure and environments.

  • Resolution of Level 3 Support tickets in a timely and professional manner.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including participation in on-call and out of hours work where necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior support role, focused on Microsoft technologies.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience designing and administering enterprise-level Active Directory and Collaboration Environments.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment with a dynamic and “can do” attitude, capable of overcoming difficult challenges.

  • Key teamwork and collaborative skills are essential.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

  • History of accomplishment building and maintaining productive partnerships both internally and with 3rd parties.
